Our Venue

MAIN VENUE BUILDING

Our main venue consists of the dining area with a fireplace, boardroom, conference facilities and a bar. We can accommodate approximately 65 guests at the venue and conference room.

YOUR EVENT IS SPECIAL TO US

When planning your special event, you are welcome to bring your own décor. Should you prefer we arrange everything from catering to décor, we will be happy to assist you with all your event needs. From year-end functions to a small gathering of friends for your birthday, we can do it all.

CUISINE FROM OUT OF AFRICA

We are proud of the quality of cuisine we present to our clients. Contact us in advance and we will curate a very special and memorable menu for your special event.

VISIT US IN THE WEEK TUESDAY TILL SATURDAY MORNINGS

We invite you to visit us for breakfast from Tuesday till Saturday between 07:00am – 11:00am. Gates open at 06:00am for those who would like to cycle to Lekwena and have breakfast, we also have a few mountain bike trails you are welcome to enjoy before breakfast. Bring your family for a relaxing Saturday family fun.

NIGHT OR DAY EVENTS

We offer beautifully decorated romantic candle light functions in the bush under the stars. Or should you prefer we will accommodate you in the venue, especially during winter times this venue boast with atmosphere with its fireplace.

OUTSIDE EVENTS & FESTIVALS

Lekwena has wide open spaces for events like festivals, shows and concerts. We have hosted several bigger events for example the “Potch Geesfees” and “Dromersmark”, the annual Full Moon Charity Walk event and Auctions that accommodate more than 800 guests.

LEKWENA CONFERENCE ROOM

Our Conference room can easily accommodation 56 delegates schoolroom style. The venue also offers a white board, white screen, podium and data projector.
