Function & Accommodation and Venue Term & Conditions
– It is the guest responsibility to confirm the accuracy of their reservations. Should the reservation be incorrect, or further information is required which have not been mentioned, please contact the reservation office immediately
– Should the reservation not be taken up on the arrival the accommodation will be held until 09:00 the following day after which the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit where applicable, forfeited
– Qualifying for a refund will only be approved if the amount reflects on our account for 30 days or longer

– Check-in between 14:00 and 20:00
– Early arrivals and later check-in by prior arrangement only

– A reservation will be assumed cancelled if the deposit is not received
Cancellation policy
– Forfeit 100 % of the total if the guest cancels 6 days before arrival
– Forfeit 50% of the total if the guest cancels 7-14 days before arrival
– Forfeit 25% of the total if the guest cancels 15-30 days before arrival

– Full amount applicable 1 day before arrival
– We accept same-day bookings
– Cut-off time for same-day bookings is at 15:00
– Minimum 2 nights stay over weekends

– Please note that quoted rates exclude breakfast
– We are not an open restaurant and unfortunately do not prepare lunch or dinner for less than 10 guests

– Note that all activities for example game drives should be arranged and booked at the reservation office 2-days prior to the check-in date
